- Be responsible for managing daily business operation support activities and provide service according Business operation service catalog
- Responsible for CBS 1.2 5.5 Inventory, Order, Product, Partner, Customer Mgmt, other modules operation
- Manage incident and problem restoration and escalation to Level 3 support
- Manage and execute the operational commitments, including scope of services, service levels/performance metrics, service quality, and cost of service.
- Interact daily with the customer and suppliers to resolve complex issues questions and customization requirement (Constant configuration)
