Our client is a market-leading telecommunications company who after achieving major partnerships with German mobile carriers are now looking to onboard the expertise of a General Manager, with experience and focus on the TowerCo industry.

Responsibilities:

• Project management for the new construction of mobile phone towers
• Managing the activities of subcontractors and reviewing the content of technical documentation
• Technical support in concluding contracts with general contractors
• Constant monitoring and improvement of processes and procedures
• Analysis off data on the progress of the project in line with delivery targets and milestones as well as monitoring of budget forecase for project completion
• Monitoring and support of construction activities in individual cases on site

This will further include the following as part of senior leadership duties:

• Business Planning
• Creating and delivery of KPI’s Milestones & Rollout targets
• Management of sub-contractors
• Stakeholder meetings
• Ensuring P\&L targets are met
