Cluster Projektmanagement:
• Responsible perception of planning, execution and tax tasks in the broadband project
• Control of individual clusters with a view to budget, time and costs
• Documentation and presentation of project progress for business and project management
• Overall project controlling and budget monitoring for the clusters
• Organization and moderation of meetings
• Solve cluster-specific problems
• Participation in building meetings
• Ensuring clients interests and compliance with the requirements of the funding agency in relation to the broadband project
• Classify and eliminate faults or, if necessary, initiate escalation measures
• Contact person for questions about contract / supplement management
• Coordination of property procurement, route securing on private and public property
• Advising on mayor talks, citizen consultations and community meetings
