IP Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

Technical support and assistance for our target customers
Remote configuration and error analysis of headend elements
Processing of customer tickets and complex technical inquiries

Your Profile
Successfully completed studies in communications engineering (engineer) or comparable training, additional subject-specific qualifications in the above-mentioned fields are desired
Extended knowledge of LAN/WAN and network monitoring
Basics in SIP, Packet Cable and Modem Configuration
Product knowledge in the areas of coaxial and optical distribution technology as well as in systems engineering (CMTS, OLT and Active Ethernet) desirable..
